Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Smokehouse Worker to join our team. This role involves general labor, quality control, and maintenance tasks to ensure the highest standards in our smoked products.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks in the smokehouse.
- Ensure the final product meets quality standards and food safety regulations.
- Maintain attention to detail in preparation and smoking processes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and follow directions accurately.
- Show a passion for culinary arts and smoking techniques.
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of smoking equipment.
- Assist in developing new recipes and smoking techniques.
