Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the team supporting multiple departments to assist with project and process. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in creating PowerPoints, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree.

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Citrus Heights, California (Remote)

Pay Range: starting from $50/hour

What's the Job?

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and provide insights that enhance operational efficiency
• Evaluate current processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, proposing and implementing solutions to streamline operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for projects aimed at enhancing back-office functions
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication of requirements and updates
• Assist in project management tasks including planning, execution, and monitoring of back-office initiatives

What's Needed?

• 2-4 years prior experience as an Associate Business Analyst or Business Analyst
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Master's preferred but not required)
• Strong skills in creating PowerPoints
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with diverse groups and manage relationships across departments and disciplines in order to gather, document and analyze business requirements and objectives
