Job Description
The Training and Development Manager leads enterprise-wide training, aligning programs with homeless services best practices, compliance requirements, and staff development needs. They assess training gaps through staff communication and surveys, develop internal training materials, coordinate with external vendors, and assist program managers in creating structured onboarding and continuing education templates to enhance staff proficiency and service delivery.
The salary range for this role is $80,000.00 - $100,000.00.
