Hiring/Budgeted Salary or Hourly Range: The budgeted salary range that the university reasonably expects to pay for this position is $52,000 – $56,000 annually
Full Salary Range: The full salary range for the position is $51,999 – $68,979 annually
Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience; the budget for the position; and the application of fair, equitable, and consistent pay practices at the university.

We are seeking a Benefits Specialist II to work remotely on a full-time 37.5-hour per week basis.
Summary
The Benefits Specialist II is responsible for providing high-level service to employees by communicating via telephone or Zoom to conduct individual personalized benefit review sessions and properly educate employees on all core and voluntary benefit insurance offerings. The Benefits Specialist will ensure that each employee has a comprehensive understanding of the benefit options available by providing guidance, direction, and support for our valued employees to effectively utilize and navigate Fielding's health benefits options and systems. The Benefits Specialist II is responsible for correct monthly invoicing and payment reconciliations while working to resolve benefits-related issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
