Seeking School Aides in Santa Barbara for the 2024-2025 School Year!
Immediate hire if you qualify.
Please read description before applying.

•$20/hourly
•30 hours weekly (Roughly 6 - 7 hours / day)
•30 min break required
•Weekly pay via direct deposit.
•School Aides will be working with children with special needs.
•Prior experience working with children or as a caregiver is REQUIRED.
•Must be comfortable with diapering and toileting.
•Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or a GED (will have to provide proof)

The School Aide is an individual who works with studentsrequiring instructional, and/or behavioral assistance under the supervision ofthe special education department and/or supervising designee. The School Aide may also provide supportservices to assist students with personal, physical mobility and therapeuticcare needs, as established by a rehabilitation health practitioner, socialworker or other health care professional.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
