Description:
We are looking for someone who can join our small team in producing chocolate, from roasting and winnowing beans to making fine confections. Someone with previous kitchen experience and menu R&D strongly preferred. This person will oversee and execute all parts of the chocolate making process. This job would be good for someone who has enjoyed the work of a restaurant kitchen (especially in chef or sous chef role), but is looking for better, more consistent hours.
40 hours per week Monday-Friday 9a-5p
