Vehicle Porter Photographer - Part-Time Opportunity
Route: Santa Barbara
Schedule: Part Time, M/W/F, 20-25hrs (subject to change based on business need)
Pro-MotionPix is seeking a reliable, hard-working Automotive Dealership Photographer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for photographing and filming vehicles for sale at local dealerships, using a company-issued iPhone. No prior experience in photography is necessary-we'll provide the training you need to succeed. If you are self-motivated, enjoy working outdoors, and are ready to take on physical tasks, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn, can work independently, and thrive in an active, outdoor environment. Whether you're new to automotive photography or experienced in photography/videography, your enthusiasm and work ethic are what matter most!
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive your own vehicle to assigned dealership locations, following the provided schedule (transportation costs between stops reimbursed).
- Use a company-provided iPhone and photography app to take high-quality photos and videos of vehicles.
- Locate and organize vehicles on the lot for shoots, moving vehicles to designated staging areas.
- Communicate with dealership staff to resolve any issues, such as missing vehicles or keys, or vehicles not ready for photography.
- Capture photos and video "spins" of vehicles, ensuring all angles and features are covered.
- Keep accurate records of the vehicles you've photographed or filmed.
Requirements:- A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
- Manual transmission experience is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-service oriented, with a positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing your schedule and tasks.
- Comfortable with smartphone technology and eager to learn the company's photography app.
- A willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
