YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS In this role, you'll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here-use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience. As the Hotel Houseman, you will maintain the hotel's public areas, meeting rooms, and grounds in a high level of cleanliness and organization in accordance with company standards and provide excellent customer service to all hotel's guests.EARN YOUR KEEP $19.00 per hour WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE Clean and sanitize assigned public areas in accordance with company and franchise policyAssist the executive housekeeper and front desk associates as neededPrepare and set up meeting rooms in accordance with the function sheetsEnsure hotel equipment, such as carts, vacuums, and a/v equipment are maintained properly and securedEnsure cleaning supplies and chemicals are used properly and all bottles are properly labeled in accordance with the chemical policyProvide excellent customer service that goes above and beyond, to the hotels guests. Immediately addresses guest's requestsProperly attired in uniform and nametag, in accordance with franchise and company grooming and uniform policyGHG24RequirementsWHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED You have a High school diploma or equivalentYou have houseman/housekeeping and customer service experienceYou have strong organizational and attention to detail skillsYou are able to occasionally sit, talk and/or hear, and/or use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects, tools, or controlsYou are able to frequently stand, and/or walkYou are able to exert well-paced ability to reach other department of the hotel on a timely basis, including stairsYou are able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds while moving files or small packagesThis position is also subject to irregular hours to include late nights, weekends and holidays.MANDATORY REQUIREMENT U.S. Work Authorization (required).
