U.S. Citizenship Required. Ability to qualify for a US Department of Defense security clearance required.

The stock clerk will support a range of regular recurring tasks and other immediate activities in support of facility operations. This position requires excellent reliability and follow-through, a friendly and professional approach, and impeccable attendance. Hands-on tasks are to be performed on site at the three adjacent Goleta facilities. Job tasks include remote support to three out of state facilities.

We are looking for a team member with a positive attitude who takes an active role in contributing to our company's success. This position is supervised by the corporate Facilities Manager and will interact with many staff members and vendors.

• Stock food and beverage items in kitchen and break areas
• Keep common areas well-organized, set-up for employee use, and clean
• Stock and organize general office supplies, printers/copiers, and other resources
• Order new or re-stocking items for delivery to the local facility, and three out of state facilities
• Escort visitors as necessary
• Receive incoming packages and deliver to recipients
• Assist with packaging and shipping preparation
• Organize the on-site corporate library, returning items to shelves, acquiring new items, and maintaining
• accountability
• Support light maintenance and office set-up activities
• Prepare conference rooms for meetings
• Support inventory management tasks

Requirements

• Must have the ability to function in a fast-paced environment, while performing multiple tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent
• The ability to read, write and interpret shipping, receiving and other types of documents
• Physically capable of executing the duties of this position, including: lifting (up to 40 pounds), using carts and pallet jack, stocking lower and upper cabinets, working on a ladder

The annual pay range for the Stock Clerk position is $39,520 to $43,680.

The posted pay range values provide the candidate with guidance on annual base compensation for the position, at a full time level of effort, exclusive of overtime, bonus, and benefits-related compensation, over a range of qualifications that may fit hiring objectives. Toyon Research Corporation will consider the individual candidate's education, work experience, applicable knowledge, skills and training, among other factors, when preparing an offer of employment.
